Business Continuity
Connect.IO Ltd maintains a documented Business Continuity Plan designed to preserve critical customer, engineering and business capabilities during operational, technology, supplier or security disruption.
Our approach
Continuity without a single-site dependency.
Connect.IO Ltd operates predominantly through distributed, digital working. Our continuity framework is designed around maintaining access to critical communications, engineering assets, business information and authorised recovery resources without dependence on a permanent physical office.
IOblend production environments run exclusively within customer-controlled infrastructure. Connect.IO Ltd does not host or operate customer production IOblend environments and does not centrally retain customer production data.
Continuity controls
Multiple paths to continue critical work.
Critical email, cloud and source systems use multi-factor authentication and authorised recovery access.
Alternative authorised devices are available if a primary endpoint becomes unavailable.
Critical documents are backed up automatically and source assets are retained in separate recovery locations.
Backup restoration is tested rather than relying solely on the existence of backup copies.
Operational recovery
Priorities are based on impact and customer obligations.
Our internal Business Continuity Plan covers loss of devices or connectivity, email disruption, source-code or development-access disruption, supplier outage, website outage, cyber incidents, loss of key-person availability, data recovery and broader regional disruption.
- Customer communications and security-related response are treated as critical priorities.
- Engineering and source-code access are restored in support of customer and delivery obligations.
- Non-critical corporate and marketing services are restored after critical capabilities are stable.
- Recovery is performed securely, using trusted systems and validated backup copies.
Cybersecurity continuity
Recover securely, not simply quickly.
For cyber-related disruption, affected systems and accounts are identified and contained, compromised access is restricted, appropriate evidence is preserved and recovery is performed from trusted systems or backups. Integrity and access controls are checked before normal operation resumes.
- Multi-factor authentication on critical systems
- Full-disk encryption on company laptops
- Endpoint protection
- Securely shared recovery access for authorised personnel
- Post-incident review and corrective action
Governance and testing
Maintained as an operational plan.
Overall responsibility for business continuity rests with senior management. The plan is reviewed at least annually and following significant incidents or material operational, technology or supplier changes.
Testing includes backup restoration and scenario-based exercises covering loss of devices, communications outages, cyber incidents, critical supplier disruption and access continuity.
Detailed recovery instructions, credentials, supplier access information and security-sensitive procedures are deliberately excluded from this public statement. The full Business Continuity Plan can be made available for appropriate customer or procurement due diligence subject to suitable confidentiality controls.
